Arion’s BCBA Supervisor will provide services in direct as well as supervisory capacities for individuals in need of medically necessary treatment. The BCBA Supervisor will provide ongoing coaching for treatment program implementation to parents/caregivers, RBTs and habilitation providers. The BCBA Supervisor will be part of a collaborative team consisting of parents and/or caregivers and clinical team members. The BCBA Supervisor will provide direct support to members and /or their families, in various settings in compliance with all regulations and policies related to Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) and other regulatory agencies.

Minimum Qualifications
State of AZ Prevention and Support Training • State of AZ Article 9 Training • ABA Ethical Guidelines, Specialized Habilitation Policies and Procedures Training • A License to practice Psychology or Behavior Analysis in the state of Arizona • Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst • 1+ year experience in direct and supervisory ABA program implementation • AzAHP Initial and Annual Core Training Plan.
