We understand that a collaborative relationship with clients, caregivers, and staff is the foundation of successful ABA Therapy. Through compassionate curiosity, we validate every voice and experience.

Arion ABA always includes therapeutic methods that are grounded in research, using the most up-to-date techniques. We prioritize establishing mutual trust and respect between the client and therapist as our first step of treatment. Our support can be home-based, or center-based depending on the needs of your child and family. Arion also provides translation and interpretation services for families and has bilingual staff available based on family preference.

How to get started

Center-Based ABA

Every child’s team will be led by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and include an RBT that will work directly with your child at their pace, to accomplish their individual goals. Therapy includes work across many developmental domains such as functional communication, self-support skills, and reducing dangerous or challenging behavior. A center-based approach brings with it the benefits of helping your child learn kinder-readiness skills, provides access to peers for social play development, and peace of mind that your BCBA is always within arm’s reach.

Center-based therapy may be the best fit for your child if they would benefit from:

1- Extra support from your BCBA due to behavioral challenges.

2- Daily access to same-aged peers that home cannot provide.

3- A focused setting with fewer distractions than the typical home.

Within the center setting, your insight and expertise on your child is used to guide skill-building and therapy goals.  Your child is paired with an RBT for each session and will receive frequent supervision and support from your BCBA to monitor progress and learning, as well, as provide guidance and support for the whole family.

ABA at Home

Every person’s team will be led by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and include an RBT that will work directly with your family and child, to accomplish their individual goals.  Therapy includes work across many developmental domains such as functional communication, self-support skills, and reducing dangerous or challenging behavior.  At-Home ABA, provides the added benefits of having therapy directly in your home, providing ample opportunities for family support in the environment where behavior is happening most naturally.

At-home therapy may be the best fit for your child if they would benefit from:

1-Frequent access to parents, siblings, and other important caregivers as part of their therapy.

2-Support learning self-care (e.g., hygiene, safety) skills in their natural environment.

3-After-school therapy to support their daily living.

In the home setting, we know that you are the expert, and we strive to be a collaborative partner for your family throughout this process.  You can expect to see your RBT at each therapy session, with frequent supervision and support from your BCBA to monitor progress and learning, as well, as provide guidance and support for the whole family.
