Rochelle Gutierrez

DD Area Manager

Rochelle is a native of Arizona born and raised in the Eloy/Casa Grande area. She is an only child and a single parent of 3 children: Aaron, Vincent, and Desirea.

Rochelle began working in the public assistance field in 1994. In 2003 she began working at the DDD. She has experience working with home and community-based services, group homes, day programs, and independent living. She has a vast array of knowledge regarding resources outside of the DDD.

Rochelle’s passion for working with others comes from her own personal experience that she received as a parent; she felt like there were support services that she needed but wasn’t getting. She was determined to get into the social service field and work with DDD families and individuals to help ensure they received the support and care that they deserved and needed.

Rochelle finds it very rewarding to know that she has made a positive difference in someone’s life!

In her spare time, Rochelle enjoys spending time with her children. She loves to travel (California is her favorite), go to movies, and shop (a mommy and daughter thing!).
