Dr. Kayla Rosenberger

Dr. Kayla Rosenberger serves as an Organizational Officer at Arion Care, where she supports the design and sustainability of healthcare practices across the Clinical, EPD and Human Resource Departments. She has served Arion Care for 12 years and prior to her current role, held the Executive and Chief Clinical Director roles. Dr. Rosenberger is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a strong background in behavioral health leadership, clinical systems, and organizational development.

She earned her Doctorate in Behavioral Health (DBH) with a specialty in integrated healthcare management from Arizona State University in 2020 that brings a systems-level perspective to her work, focusing on building structures that support high-quality care, ethical practice, and long-term workforce wellbeing. Her approach blends evidence-based behavioral science with practical leadership strategies to strengthen teams, improve service delivery, and promote sustainable growth within healthcare organizations.
