Dr. Kayla Rosenberger

Kayla is a Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working in the field of human services and developmental disabilities since 2008 starting as a habilitation provider. She is currently Chief Clinical Director for Arion Care Solution’s Behavioral Treatment Department for home, community, and clinic-based services. She holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education: Cross Categorical as well as a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction: Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Doctorate in Behavioral Health Management. Prior to beginning her career with Arion Care Solutions, she worked as a classroom teacher for a local school district with intermediate grade levels in a self-contained autism classroom. She is a member of the AzABA ethics committee and leader of Expanding the Scope of Practice SIG for the Arizona State Association for Behavior Analysis. Other areas of interest include pediatric feeding, organizational behavior management, behavior skills training, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, integrated healthcare and compassionate care for all. She is passionate about providing compassionate care and training others to deliver evidence-based programs through a holistic approach to increase the quality of life for individuals of all ages.
