Dr. Kayla Rosenberger

Dr. Kayla Rosenberger is a licensed, board-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who holds a Master’s Degree in Education and obtained her Doctorate in Integrated Behavioral Health in 2020. Dr. Rosenberger has been a dedicated professional at Arion Care since 2014 with extensive experience leading compassionate care in schools, in-home settings, and center-based services for clients and staff. In addition to her role at Arion Care, Dr. Rosenberger serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis (AzABA), where she is the Conference Chair and Leader of the Equal Access to Care EDI subcommittee. Passionate about Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and neurodiversity-affirming practices, Dr. Rosenberger is committed to advancing the field of healthcare through innovative and inclusive approaches.
