Bailey Kadlec

Dr. Bailey Blake Kadlec is an Arizona native and Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2017. She serves as the Organizational Officer at Arion Care, where she provides strategic leadership across organizational initiatives, clinical operations, and program development. Dr. Kadlec holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Doctorate in Behavioral Health Management. With over a decade of experience, she has provided and led ABA services across home, community, and center-based settings.

She began her career with Arion as a provider in 2014 and has advanced through multiple clinical leadership roles, giving her a comprehensive understanding of service delivery, operations, and organizational growth. Dr. Kadlec also serves as a Board Member for the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis, supporting the advancement of the ABA profession throughout Arizona. Her professional focus is centered on compassionate, person-centered care, developing strong clinical leaders, and creating systems that improve outcomes for clients, families, and the professionals who serve them.
