Dr. Ashley Sanchez 

Ashley Sanchez is an Arizona Licensed (LBA) and nationally credentialed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Additionally, Ashley is a Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO). Ashley has a doctorate degree in Behavioral Health (DBH) which includes a specialization in integrated healthcare management.  

Ashley began working for Arion Care in 2015 as an early childhood habilitation provider. From 2015- 2020, Ashley worked within our behavioral services department in various roles including: behavior analyst, and clinical director. Currently, Ashley is the Director of Quality Assurance at ACS, utilizing Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) to support quality service provisions. Ashley is also our HIPAA Compliance Officer, Ethics Compliance Officer and oversees our internal EDI Committee.  

When Ashley is not working, her time is spent with her family (3 boys), traveling outside the country, and disseminating the practice of Applied Behavior Analysis. Ashley actively volunteers for Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis (AzABA) and the OBM Network.
