Ashlee Jensen, MS, SHRM-CP serves as Director of Stakeholder Relations at Arion Care and brings more than 20 years of experience in the home and community-based services field. Since 2002, she has held leadership roles across operations, human resources, and stakeholder engagement, supporting collaboration and organizational effectiveness. Ashlee holds a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and serves on the boards of EPDPA, Raising Voices Coalition, and the HCAOA Arizona Chapter.
