Bailey’s story
Bailey started working for Arion Care Solutions in 2014 when the Intensive Behavioral Department first opened. She was hired initially as an Early Childhood Habilitation (ECH) provider providing services for two children and where her love for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began. With amazing oversight and training in direct support, she decided that Applied Behavior Analysis was a lifelong career for her. She went to Arizona State University to get her Master’s in Education and received supervision from Arion Care Solutions to become a Board Certified Behavior Analysis. Once getting her Master’s, she became an ECM and sat for her BCBA certification and promoted to a Clinical Supervisor. With her dedication to the field and our members, she now serves as a Clinical Program Director and oversees Arion’s ABA Clinic in Chandler, Arizona. If not for Arion Care Solutions and the support they provided her pursuing her goals, she says she would have never known how much she enjoys providing services and support to our members and their families.
