Marianne Mulligan has been working with, and learning from, people with disabilities for more than 30 years. She moved to Arizona in 1981 to join her family after graduating from Northeastern University in Boston, as the idea of warm weather was very inviting. Marianne’s background includes working in Group Homes, Day Programs, Training and Human Resources, supervising Group Homes, and a few short stints as Director of all of the above. After working at the same not-for-profit agency for 22 years, and wearing all the different hats needed in that type of environment, she chose a new path. She says of her position with Arion: “Find a job you love, and never work another day in your life.” (Confucius)
