Dr. Sarah Hamilton

Hello, my name is Sarah Hamilton I am an Arizona Licensed (LBA) and nationally credentialed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). My doctorate degree in Behavioral Health (DBH) includes a specialization in integrated healthcare management.

I began working for Arion Care in 2007 as a Habilitation and Respite Provider. In 2009, I began my teaching career while continuing habilitation and respite work through ACS. As a Special Education Teacher, I worked for a local school district serving children at Title 1 school sites. From 2014-2020, I led the Behavioral Services Department for Arion Care. Currently, I am the Chief Development Officer at ACS, utilizing Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) to support quality service provision as well as sustainable program development and growth.

When I am not working, my passion includes disseminating the practice of Applied Behavior Analysis. I serve on the Board of Directors for Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis (AzABA) and hold Committee Chair positions for the Outreach and Marketing Committees.
