Cynthia Rodriguez-Jimenez holds a Bachelors in Justice Studies and has been a part of the Arion Care Solutions team for five years. She currently serves as an Organization Officer. Before stepping into this role, she worked as a Supervisor and Manager, gaining valuable leadership experience along the way. With over 15 years in Early Childhood Development, Cynthia is passionate about helping others and giving back to the community. She finds purpose in supporting individuals and families and making a positive impact every day. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
