Brian Deak

Brian Deak serves as Chief Financial Officer of Arion Care Solutions. He brings extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, developed through his prior role as a Director and Shareholder in the audit department of a national accounting firm. In that capacity, he worked with both public and private companies across a wide range of industries.

Brian has deep expertise in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting requirements, and Department of Labor regulations under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).

Before beginning his career in accounting, Brian was a professional baseball player. He earned his degree from Arizona State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Arizona. He is also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Arizona Society of CPAs.

Brian is married to his wife Roseann, and they have two sons, Christopher and Nicholas.
